TERIYAKI SALMON

Baked salmon with Teriyaki Sauce. Garnished with sesame seeds, spring onions and lemon wedges.

Ingredients

2 x 125g fresh salmon fillet, skin on
1 Tbsp soft butter (optional)
½ tsp toasted sesame seeds to garnish
½ tsp spring onions, sliced
2 wedges lemon
tin foil to line baking tray

Method

1 Heat the oven to 200C/ 180C fan/ gas 6.
3 Place salmon fillet on lined baking tray.
4 Top fish with butter.
5 Roast for 10 - 15 minutes until the fish is cooked. Timing will depend on the thickness of the fish.
6 Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions and lemon wedges on the side.
