TERIYAKI CHICKEN

Chicken roasted in Teriyaki sauce. With carrot and spring onions.

Ingredients

250g     chicken thigh fillets, diced
1 Tbsp     vegetable oil
1 unit     carrots, julienned
½ tsp     spring onions, sliced

Method

1 Heat pan to medium heat.
2 Coat chicken in Kung Fu Dragon Teriyaki Sauce .
3 Place chicken fillet on lined baking tray.
4 Top chicken with butter.
5 Roast for 10 - 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Timing will depend on the thickness of the chicken.
6 Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions and lemon wedges on the side.
