RAINBOW VEGETABLES STIR-FRIED NOODLES

Mixed vegetables stir fried with noodles.

Ingredients

200g     dried egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 clove     garlic, finely chopped
200g     mix vegetables for stir-fry (cabbage, carrots, mangetout, etc)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2   spring onion, finely sliced
4 Tbsp   water

Method

1 Heat pan over medium high heat and add ½ tbsp vegetable oil.
2 Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Then add mixed vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
3 Add noodles and Kung Fu Dragon Sweet Oriental Sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
4 Garnish with spring onions.
