Prawns in Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce

Marinaded prawns, stir fried with spring onions.

Ingredients

200g     king prawns, shelled
2     spring onions, batons green and white separated
15g / 1 Tbsp     vegetable oil

Method

1 Marinate prawns with Kung Fu Dragon Light Soy Sauce . Set aside for 30mins.
2 Heat wok to high heat. Add oil and then spring onions, white part. Cook for a minute.
3 Add prawns and lower heat to medium. Cook till prawns turn pink.
4 Add the green part of spring onions and Kung Fu Dragon Thai Style Sweet Chilli Sauce . Cook for a minute. Serve hot.
